1. Service

Nightcut ("Service") is operated by Constant Kaos LLC. By using the Service you agree to these terms. The Service allows you to submit text descriptions of dreams and receive AI-generated video content.

2. Accounts & Billing

You must create an account to use the Service. Subscriptions are billed monthly at $19.99/month and include 10 dream credits per billing cycle. Credits do not roll over. You may cancel anytime through the Stripe Customer Portal. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

3. Content & Usage

You retain ownership of your text inputs. AI-generated videos are provided under a personal, non-exclusive license. You may share generated content but may not resell it. We reserve the right to refuse processing content that violates applicable law.

4. Limitations

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Generated content may not accurately represent your input. Service availability is not guaranteed.

5. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
